Denizli is a working city of around a million people in western Türkiye, and our clinic sits in its Merkezefendi district rather than in a tourist area. That is deliberate: it means ordinary weekday access, normal opening hours, and a team that is here all year rather than seasonally.
For visitors, the practical consequence is that appointments and sightseeing fit in the same day. The travertines are roughly 19 km away, a 20 to 25 minute drive, so a morning at Hierapolis and an afternoon appointment is an entirely normal arrangement here.

How far is the clinic from Pamukkale?
About 19 km — a 20 to 25 minute drive. Denizli Çardak Airport is around 65 km, roughly an hour, and İzmir Adnan Menderes is about 250 km, roughly three hours.
Do you see international patients here?
Yes. The international patient team works in English, German and Turkish. Patients from Germany and neighbouring countries can begin with a consultation at our Leverkusen location before travelling.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00. Appointments are confirmed in advance; please contact the team rather than arriving unannounced.
Can I combine a consultation with a trip to Pamukkale?
Yes, and many visitors do. Appointments in the afternoon and the terraces in the morning is the usual arrangement — or the other way round if you prefer the terraces in the evening light.
Is treatment decided at the first visit?
No. Suitability, scope and any treatment plan are determined after a clinical assessment by a physician, and you receive the plan in writing before anything is booked.
